How to choose the right nail length, size, and shape for you.
This page is to assist you in finding the perfect nail shape, size and length. Nail sizes vary (this is the measurement across your nail from side to side). Nail shapes, and lengths are often a personal choice.
Do you type a lot, are you extremely active in sports? Maybe a shorter style such as extra short, is for you. Do you already wear long nails either natural or acrylics? Then go for it, we have up to XXL nails.
Nail Lengths
First decide which nail length you desire. Nail lengths are how long the nails if from your cuticle to beyond your natural nail bed. We can make any length there is from XXL to super short. However not every length/shape is in stock. Items not in stock take longer. (Super short just a bit beyond your nail bed only comes in a rounded square shape.) Super short is also referred to as a sport short in some cases.
Nail Sizes- (picture A)
Sizes listed under the size chart are “in stock” sizes. Most popular is the medium sizes of 1,5,4,6,8.
It’s ok if your sizes are not stock, just measure from side of nail bed to side of nail bed. That will be your size for that particular nail. You can order a size up in stock sizes, but you will have to do some modifying to get a perfect fit.

Short Almond – very popular, flattering on most hands, everyday wear. (Shown to the left.)
Medium Almond – one of the best-selling press-on shapes overall.
Short Coffin – trendy but still practical for daily use.
Medium Coffin – great for nail art and custom sets.
Short Square – popular with clients who prefer a natural, professional look.
Shapes
Next decide which shape you prefer, pointed like stiletto, or square, coffin, almond, or round. Most popular is square and almond. If you have flatter wide nail beds square looks good. Long thin nail beds, than almond will look good. Type a lot? Choose coffin to be able to “hit” the correct key. This is a personal choice and we are here to help!

Order our nail kit, and let us know what shape and length you are interested in and we will send you our kit with all the sizes attached. Try each nail on each finger, making sure the nail fits from side of nail bed to the other side of the nail bed. Write each one in the appropriate space. Now you know your nail sizes! price is $5.00 (refundable with nail purchase!)
Note: If you are buying “stock” sizes please refer to picture A. Go by your thumb size, the rest can be filed for a polished look. (Some may require more alterations that just filing, such as needing a re-top coat due to filing down .)

We then send all 10 sizes for your to achieve the perfect fit. Please measure from side of nail to side of nail. Then write down the sizes in the provided slots.
